About Us

We are the Chang brothers, born in Maracay, Venezuela. With a lifelong career in the kitchen, our father immigrated to Venezuela and started a restaurant where he worked for 30 years. Now, we are immigrating to the United States to continue his legacy and serve the community. We want Chang's Food to be a growing brand, passing this legacy on to future generations.
